Our online waiver system is easy to use and fully customizable. Our waiver system presents students with seven simple steps:
To further simplify the process each step has a video instruction for the student with closed captioning in multiple languages.
Our smart system can evaluate and auto-deny waivers that do not meet the criteria such as inappropriate carriers, or deductibles. This reduces the amount of administration required. For the rest, our waiver team reviews the waivers daily with a management interface that allows them to quickly assess and approve or deny waivers with auto email generation and data handling.
As a school administrator, you will have access to live minute-to-minute reporting on your student’s waiver data, via secure login. You will see an aggregate pie chart summary of student status, as well as detailed waiver submission information and a direct link to contact your representative with any questions.
Our waiver system works with both open and closed student lists. We can turn on and off the waiver at your discretion and can pre-set the dates it can be accessed. Your representative can also produce additional reporting at your request and meet with you for a regularly scheduled check-in.
- Waiver Certification – this certifies that the student knows what waiving is and wants to proceed with waiving
- Login/Registration – the student registers or logs in.
- Waiver Eligibility – This certifies that the student understands the requirements to waive
- Personal information – This gathers the student’s personal information for verification.
- Insurance Information – This gathers specific existing insurance information and is fully customized to your waiver requirements.
- File Upload – The student uploads supporting documents such as an insurance ID card.
- Submission – The student submits the waiver and receives verification of submission.
